Informally operated, we meet up as frequently as the group decides, and the group is run by the group for the group.  

 The CALM group exists to provide one of the most important things men need - a space to talk and share how they feel. By sharing these experiences of mental health, we support one another to understand that we never go it alone and there are always people who want to listen.

CALM continues to enhance our understanding of mental health by bringing in experts from outside of the business to speak with us, deliver workshops that explore practical approaches to managing stress/mental health and work with leadership to ensure that we all feel safe and supported in our everyday working lives
