About the role:
You will be responsible for managing daily case workload within our Trust & Safety function. This includes Consumer Support, Review Management, Dealer Investigations, Content Moderation and Law Enforcement Liaison. You will need to ensure these are actioned within agreed SLAs and meet quality check standards.

Contract Type: Contract (12 months)
Location: Richmond UK, Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
- Managing daily case workload in Salesforce within agreed SLAs
- Respond to consumer support queries and reviews and escalate as required
- Investigate fraudulent activity on Dealer accounts and provide a summary of the investigation for management to review
- Serve as a liaison between the company and law enforcement agencies in matters related to fraud investigations and criminal activities involving dealers or consumers
- Utilise content moderation platform to identify fraudulent activity or offensive content across MOTORS platforms
- Maintain detailed records of consumer interactions, fraud investigations, content violations and dealer monitoring activities
- Support in gathering data to show key findings, trends, and insights related to consumer support, fraud detection, and dealer performance
- Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver on projects and process improvements that drive efficiency and best practise
- At times perform other additional ad-hoc tasks to support the overall success of the team as set by your line manager

- Collaborative effectively with colleagues and other departments
- Able to work through issues in a calm proficient and effective manner
- Capable of performing multiple tasks simultaneously with high degree of accuracy
